The NFL and Head Concussions

The battle over head injuries sustained while playing football have been going on for years and an end doesn't seem to be in sight. In May, the New York Times reported:

May 25, 2010 In what could have been a fresh start for the N.F.L.’s committee on head injuries, its two new co-chairmen, making their first official remarks on concussions before a House Judiciary Committee panel, were heatedly rebuked by lawmakers for sounding “like the same old N.F.L.” — NYT

When will the footbal industry come to see the obvious problems in their approach to using young men for their fun and games? Here are a few videos on the subject.
